X Factor to get fifth guest judge?

So, after the mess of last Sunday's show, Simon Cowell decided to do something about it, he apparently got a load of X Factor fans together to brainstorm how they could improve the show, where the idea of a fifth judge was developed. A Source has revealed, "The idea is 90% a done deal. Simon is still figuring out exactly how it will work," "On one level it could mean that if one of the judges opted out of voting it could still go to deadlock if the others were split two-two. But the danger is if they all had voting rights and chose to vote it would never go to deadlock." The source has also suggested have rather than find another judge they would likely use a guest performer, "Simon has always thought a guest judge on live shows would bring some extra drama to proceedings," .
